Balls of date!

So.
I'm a really active user of fitbit, and also the app! It helped me a lot with my weightloss. The community there is so good, and people are amazing to support each other.
What i learned from it though, is that i cant just put food up, without recipes. People want recipes ..
So that is what I'm gonna start from now on.

First recipe is Dateballs with almond, chocolate and mint. Healthier lovely snack, with natural fruit sugar in it. No added!


These lovely Balls is gonna make every ones mouth melt! They're easy to make, and most people should have the stuff to use, around in the house.
Just easy peasy!

Recipe for 15 pieces (depends on what size you think they should be)
100 g of fresh dates (without stones)
40 g of blended almonds
2 teaspoons of cacao powder
2 teaspoons of coconut oil
1 knife top of salt (just a little bit)
10 leafs of fresh mint
.. maybe some forrest sorrel for beautiness :)

Chop up the dates, so they're all moist! Mix all the things together (its up to you how much you'd like the almonds to be chopped. I love bigger chunks of it). You might think you need more mint og more cacao taste - so taste you to the result that you like!


Tips!
Freeze them down, and take them out of the freezer in the morning, if you need them the same day.
If you're not saving them for special days - just have them in the fridge. They can hold as long as the dates could (so always remember to check the date, og the dates).
